We hope you love your Dockers product, but if not, we accept returns within 60 days of the date of purchase.

US Returns

Rules & Restrictions

  1. Items purchased at a Dockers Retail Store, Dockers Outlet Store, or other retail stores selling Dockers products cannot be returned by mail to Dockers.com.
  2. Items purchased at Dockers.com may not be returned to a department store or other Dockers vendors. Returns may only be made to the Dockers.com online store.
  3. Items purchased using PayPal™ can be mailed to the Dockers.com online store.
  4. Shipping and handling and other additional charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. As soon as we process the return, we will notify you by email. Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.


Canadian and Mexican Returns

We are pleased to offer flat fee returns for our Canadian and Mexican customers via our international shipping partner, i-Parcel, a UPS company. A $15 (CAD) fee per return will be deducted from your return credit when the merchandise return credit is issued to the original method of payment. We will handle all customs formalities and delivery back to our fulfillment center in the United States.

Canadian Return(s)

  1. Go to Dockers.com and click Returns in the bottom left
  2. Enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email and the email address from your original order to access your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Print the returns label for Canada Post
  5. Retain the return tracking number listed on your return label
  6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible
  7. Ship package with Canada Post via any of the following methods:
    1. Option 1: Place in mailbox
    2. Option 2: Drop off at any Canada Post shipping location

Mexican Return(s)

  1. Go to Dockers.com and click Returns located bottom left of page
  2. Enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email and the email address from your original order to access your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Print the UPS return label
  5. Retain the return tracking number listed on your return label
  6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible
    1. Drop off your package at any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, Office Depot or Staples
