A Fabric Care link appears on the Product Detail page of those products for which information is available. We also suggest you refer to the washing instructions tag, located on the inside of your product.

Where To Buy
Purchasing at a Store. Locate stores in your area that carry Dockers® products by clicking on the "Where to Buy" link on the top navigation bar. On this page you will be prompted to select the province and city of the store location you are searching for. As not all products can be found at every store location, please call ahead to ensure that they stock the specific item that you are looking for.

We cannot guarantee that all products are in stock with the retailers identified.

Product Quality
What if I have a quality problem? Dockers® is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you feel you have a defective garment, please follow the directions below.

Returning to store. For the most timely resolution, we recommend that you first attempt to return the product to the store where it was originally purchased.

Returning to Levi Strauss & Co. If for some reason you are unable to return the garment to the store where it was purchased, you can send the garment directly to our Consumer Response Centre for inspection. Please contact our Consumer Response Centre at 1 800 DOCKERS or email us at Canada@dockers.com for further information and instructions.

Once we receive your garment, it will be inspected, and a determination will be made. The whole process takes 4-6 weeks, from the time we receive your garment.
