Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.
For Ground, Second Day & Economy, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 3:00 p.m. EST/12:00 p.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
For Overnight delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 5:00 p.m. EST/2:00 p.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
Economy option may not be available at all times.
Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.
Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited.
Please note if your order requires gift wrap it may take an additional business day to process.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping to a Different Address
When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country.
Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.
Order Processing Time
Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched,
you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If on the third attempt at delivery you are not in to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the carrier depot. You will need to contact UPS at 1.800.742.5877 to make arrangements for the collection. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to Dockers® eShop Returns Department.
