We hope you love your Dockers® product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 60 days of purchase.

Additional return policy details:

  1. Items purchased at a Dockers® Outlet Store cannot be returned by mail to Dockers.com. Items purchased at a Dockers® Outlet Store can only be returned at a Dockers® Outlet Store.
  2. Items purchased at Dockers.com cannot be returned to a department store. Items purchased at Dockers.com can only be returned by mail to Dockers.com or returned to a Dockers® Outlet Store.

How do I return a Dockers.com online order?

There are two easy ways to make your Dockers.com return:

  1. Return by Prepaid Shipping Label: Use the prepaid UPS shipping label included with your order to ship your return or print a new prepaid label by visiting our Returns Center. Enter your order number and email to begin, then follow the step-by-step instructions. You do not need to have an account or login to use the Returns Center.
    Place your items plus your packing slip in the original reusable shipping bag or box (or packaging of your choice), affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package, and drop off the package at any UPS location. You will be notified once your return package is in transit as well as once your refund has been processed. Note that the use of a prepaid label will deduct $7.50 from your refund.

How do I return a Dockers® item purchased at a Dockers® Outlet Store?

You can return an item purchased at a Dockers® Outlet Store to any Dockers® Outlet Store. Items purchased at a department store may not be returned to a Dockers® Outlet Store. Unfortunately, items purchased at a Dockers® Outlet Store or department store cannot be returned by mail to Dockers.com. With the exception of PayPal, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. PayPal orders will be refunded for store credit only. Find a Dockers® Outlet Store near you.

I lost my return shipping label. Can I still make a return?

Yes, if you have lost your original return shipping label or packing slip, you can still make a return. You can print a new prepaid label by visiting our Returns Center. Can I exchange my order?

We’re sorry, but at this time Dockers.com does not offer exchanges. You can return your order and place a new order online.

How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return. During the holiday season (December-February), returns may take up to 10 business days to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. You can always refer to your "Your return is headed our way" email to track your return package. Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Returning a PayPal Order?: PayPal orders returned online will be refunded in the original form of payment. PayPal orders returned in store will be refunded in-store credit only.

What if my online order arrived defective or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item that was ordered from Dockers.com, please call our Customer Service team and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). If you need further assistance, you can call the Customer Service team at 00800.46362.537, email us at customerservice@dockersstore.com, or chat with us online.

Before contacting Customer Service, please have your order number ready. You can find your order number by logging in to your Dockers.com account or referencing your order confirmation email. Please be ready to describe the damage or defect.

How do I file a warranty claim?

If you would like to open a warranty claim, go to the Warranty Return Form by clicking here. Dockers® stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we hope you're happy with your product. All Dockers® brand products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects (aside from normal wear and tear).

If you feel your garment is defective, you can send it into to us to be inspected. If your garment is found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same or similar garment. If it is not found to be defective, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.

Where do you ship?

We're happy to ship your order anywhere in the United States, or to an APO/FPO address. Please note that we are not able to ship internationally or to U.S. territories from our U.S. site, but you can still shop online by locating your country-specific Dockers® site HERE.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping methods and costs vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.

For Ground and Second Day, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST, or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

For Overnight delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 2:00 p.m. PST/5:00 p.m. EST, or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.

Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited.

Please note: if your order requires gift wrap, it may take an additional business day to process.

Customized products may take up to 3-5 additional days to process.

Help! I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive in the parcel by the third delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to the Dockers® Returns Department. We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. During the holiday season (December-February), returns may take up to 14 business days to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Can I ship to address other than my billing address?

Yes. You'll be given this option during online checkout.

Where is my order?
When will my order start processing?

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. How do I redeem a promo code?

Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. On this page, you‘ll see a field that says PROMO CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY. If you missed the promo code box during checkout, click on the shopping bag icon to return to your shopping bag where you will be able to enter your promo code. You can only use one promotion code at a time, and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?

If you are unable to add an item to your shopping cart, unfortunately that means the item you selected is currently out of stock. Please continue to check back for updated availability if you are still interested in purchasing the item. You can also use the Dockers® Store Locator to give your nearest Dockers® Outlet Store a call.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Unfortunately, during the holidays including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we are unable to accommodate requests to cancel or modify orders due to high order volume. You may return your order to the warehouse or in store.
Why did my order get canceled?

Occasionally, all or part of an order will get canceled. It's usually because of one of the following reasons:

  1. Out-of-stock items
  2. Problems with processing payment information
  3. Problems with a shipping address
  4. Duplicate orders

If your order gets canceled, you'll receive an important email explaining the details. You won't be billed for any canceled items.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes. We offer gift-wrapping for most items (including physical gift cards) at a charge of $4.95 per order. To have something gift-wrapped, select the "Add Gift Wrap" checkbox on the “2. Delivery” step of the checkout process, enter a gift message (Optional), and proceed through checkout. You'll see your updated total on the next screen after you’ve added the gift wrap option to your order. Please note there are a select few items that cannot be gift wrapped. All gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Can I add or delete an Address?

Yes. Once you’ve created an account and are signed in, you can go to the ‘Shipping Addresses’ section under ‘My Account’. From there, you can add, edit, or remove saved addresses. To add new addresses, click on ‘ADD A NEW ADDRESS’. To edit a saved address, click on ‘Edit’. To remove a saved address, click on the ‘REMOVE’ button under the address you wish to modify.

What kind of payment does Dockers.com accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Dockers Gift Cards, Levi's® Gift Cards, PayPal, and ApplePay (ApplePay is available on mobile devices only). We don't accept Cash on Delivery (CODs), personal checks, or layaway plans. Want more info? See our Payment Policy.

Will my payment information be secure?

We take security very seriously, so we do everything we can to protect your information. All confidential data, including payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through our industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Should any unauthorized charges show up on your credit card as a result of shopping with Dockers.com, you must alert your credit card provider immediately and in accordance with your credit card's reporting rules and procedures. Levi Strauss & Co. will assume liability for purchases made through Dockers.com only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own.

Please note that we'll never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Dockers® and asking you to do so, do NOT respond and please contact us immediately.

Can I add or remove a saved Payment Method?

Yes. You can save a credit card payment method in checkout. After you have entered your payment details in the PAYMENT step, you can leave the ‘Securely save this card’ box auto-checked. If you do not want to save the entered payment method for future use, simply uncheck the ‘Securely save this card’ box.

To delete a saved payment method, log in to ‘My Account’, go to ‘Payment Methods’ and click ‘REMOVE’ button underneath each saved payment method to delete.

To change your primary payment method at any time, log in to ‘My Account’, go to ‘Payment Methods’, and click on the ‘MAKE DEFAULT’ on one of your saved payment methods.

Why is there a charge on my bank account for an order that was cancelled?

Payment methods are not charged until order items are shipped. However, you may see an authorization charge for the amount of the order. The pending amount should be removed from your account within 7 to 30 days (depending on your bank). Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect a deduction of funds immediately upon order, but those funds will be returned once your bank processes the cancellation. We recommend contacting your bank for questions regarding authorization holds.

Do you charge sales tax on gift cards?

We don't charge sales tax on gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards will be charged the applicable state sales tax according to their shipping address.

Do you offer price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price from Levi.com if you contact us within 7 days of your original order date. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code and final sale items are not eligible for a price adjustment. Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be used on Dockers.com, Levi.com, as well as any Dockers® Outlet Store, Levi’s® Store, or U.S. Levi’s® Outlet Store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at department stores or non-brand specialty stores.

What if my gift card gets stolen or lost?

Dockers® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or the unauthorized use of a gift card.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?

You can easily check the balance of your gift card here, or by calling 281-668-2583.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

What happens if I return or cancel an item bought with a gift card?

When returning items to a Dockers® Outlet Store, the balance will be placed onto a new gift card. When returning to Dockers.com, a new e-gift card will be sent to the email on file for the order.

Can I add value to my gift card?

Unfortunately, additional value cannot be added to a gift card after purchase.

Where do I find the PIN code of my gift card?

The PIN is located on the bottom right-hand side of the e-gift card email.

How do I use my gift card online?

To apply the balance of a gift card, simply enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields at checkout. When using a gift card online, please keep the physical gift card or the e-mail containing your gift card information until you have received your order. Please note that gift cards cannot be applied as payment method for order placed by phone.
